Start and Orient

• First-Time Install and First Run: install Wardian, verify a provider, spawn the first agent, and review the first Inbox result.
• Key Concepts: learn the app layout, agents, reusable setup, and automation runs.
• Provider Readiness: verify provider CLIs, authentication, shell PATH, and runtime prerequisites before spawning agents.
• First-Run Troubleshooting: recover from app launch, provider detection, terminal startup, Inbox, or CLI issues during first setup.
• UI Overview: learn the title bar, auxiliary rail, roster, and central workspace.
• Workbench: open surfaces as tabs, split and merge panes, move and reopen tabs, zoom, restore, and reset the layout.

Run and Monitor Agents

• Agents: monitor agents in adaptive Auto, multi-card Grid, or focused Single mode.
• Grid: map the former Grid page to the current Agents Grid mode.
• Dashboard: watch the whole fleet over a trailing window and spot an agent behaving oddly.
• Analytics: look up how much agents, models, or providers did over a chosen period.
• Graph: inspect team, workspace, and worktree relationships between agents.
• Garden: see agents, automations, and skills laid out so that distance reflects what they share.
• Watchlists: group, select, sort, and monitor agents in the right roster.

Reuse and Direct Work

• Library: manage reusable prompts, skills, classes, automation blueprints, and MCP placeholders.
• Command Panel: send one-off broadcasts or starred prompts to selected agents.
• Wardian CLI: let agents and automation inspect or control Wardian from a shell.

Inspect and Ship Changes

• Explorer: browse the selected agent workspace or Wardian home.
• Source Control: stage, diff, commit, sync, and manage agent worktrees.

Configure and Automate

• Settings: tune shell, provider, session, and theme behavior.
• Remote Control: set up Tailscale HTTPS, pair a phone, and install the Wardian remote PWA.
• Automation View: build and run visual automations from the app.
